I am looking for equity partner who brings in web programming knowledge (PHP, MySql and expert graphics handling) to build a simple picture collector interface as part of a website that let users upload car accidents pictures with a caption. The biz model has been tested and is able to generate a lot of money by advertisements and affiliate marketing.

I think this could be a profitable niche actually. I suggest changing the title though---"make money with traffic accidents" sounds a bit too morbid.
