Seeking a Business Partner to take on the Web Development for a new project. Two entrepreneurs, both experienced with multiple start-ups and a variety of industries, are looking to add a third partner to our business. We are both business focused MBA grads and need to add a partner with a web technology background to round out our team.

The project we are currently developing is a venue information website, VenueGurus.com. The site provides facts as well as first-hand user experience for venues of all types including sports, concerts, theater, clubs etc. The first version of the site is based on mediawiki software. We are looking to develop the site using a new base that will allow more flexibility for the features we want to provide.

The business is in very early stages and currently all funding has come from the current partners. Both founders have other business obligations but spend a significant amount of time developing this business. As the business further develops we both intend on dedicating more time towards the business as we move to it full time.

We want a partner that will be an integral part of developing the business as well as lead the technical aspects of web development. This person will be an owner in the business and will have influence on all aspects. We are not looking for any financial commitment, just your time and expertise.

- Strong web development skills
- Input into the development of the business not just a tech guy
- Entrepreneurial minded person
- Based in the Los Angeles Metro Area (other locations may be considered for the person)
- Able to meet on nights and weekends
- Work for equity in the business
- Some interest / knowledge of live events and venues a big plus
- A Business Partner

Looking for a technical co-founder located in the US with the skills to build a prototype search engine that can aggrevate and crawl through specific blogs/infomation sites on the web.
